How bureaucrats and small people still collaborate to suppress economic development.
Much like 9th Street from 1865 to 1960's; in it's heyday Asher Avenue hosted a first run movie house, drive in movie, a milk dairy, 3 Grocery Stores, 3 Shopping Centers, 4 bank branches and numerous other businesses providing all the goods and services needed by the surrounding community much like. Today this once prosperous economic hub is not even a shadow of it former glory.

The Environmental Court is the most recent tool being used to limit capital investment while extracting wealth from the most economically ignored areas of the City Of Little Rock. This heinous act is accomplished with fines and attorney fees levied on the residents and the business owners who provide goods and services to these areas. The Little Rock Environmental court, appears to operate with complete disregard for the rights of citizens who under the threat of arrest, are forced before it.
A quick review of city documents shows that while appearing before this court, city attorneys regularly:
Making false statements to the court.
Make threats toward defendants.
Coheres defendant’s to plead.
Coherse deceptive testimony from city employed witnesses.
Pursue prosecutions with no evidence to justify them.

Jim Crow cronies have been stealing property since slavery was abolished. We owe these racist white people, $0.00. They owe every black man, woman, and child in this state. Black and Brown people will always be threatened. All I have to say is... DON'T SHOP WHERE YOU WON'T BE HIRED, AS A BLACK PERSON.
